LiCON year-end party

During 1st-3rd Feb 2024,LiCON“Riding the wind and waves·Creating glory again” year-end party was held at Wuxi Nianhua Bay Paramita Hotel, a tourist resort integrating natural scenery and cultural landscape.

 

Award ceremony

At the year-end party, LiCON solemnly commended the achievements in 2023. President LiXiaoMing awarded awards to outstanding leader, sales champion, outstanding employees and outstanding teams one by one.

 

 

President’s Speech

Mr. Li Xiaoming(President of LiCON) delivered a passionate speech. On behalf of the company, he expressed his heartfelt thanks to all employees for their hard work in the past year! 2023 is the year of reform for LiCON to open up the customers of B-side(Business) and G-side(Government), and it is also the first year to set sail to oversea. It has achieved gratifying results with revenue growth of 46%, and has won the market reputation of "Streetlight controllers, look for LiCON brand; Big streetlihgt controlling projects, choose LiCON brand". In 2024, LiCON will ride on the wind and waves, adhere to the principle of establishing first before breaking and leading by innovation, achieve high-quality development, and bravely scale new heights.

 

 

Wonderful Show

The year-end party was very exciting,because each department had at least one great show with fun,such as domineering dragon dances, cute frogs, funny cross talk, and three rounds of lottery draws on site. The "Four King Kongs" of the Ten Million Sales Club performed "Real Heroes", which pushing the atmosphere of the party to the climax. The whole party lasted for more than four hours with laughter, climaxes and surprises, and finally ended successfully with red envelops in company wechat group!
